You will be notified immediately when someone enters a room. The new T1C motion sensor from EZVIZ uses passive infrared (PIR) technology to detect the movement of people and can send alarm notifications to your smartphone. The T1C sensor is designed to be connected to the EZVIZ home gateway and, thanks to its very small size, it can be installed on a wall or in a corner, offering a practical DIY solution for the security of your home.

Install the PIR sensor in any area you want to protect and rotate it 360 degrees to find the best detection angle. You can also fine-tune the detection range by using the pet shield to partially cover the sensor, so that the alarm will only be sent when human activity is detected, not every time your pet runs into the room.

Connect the sensor to your EZVIZ home gateway and cameras² for added protection, all through the EZVIZ app. If you use a local storage card or have signed up for the EZVIZ CloudPlay service, the camera can automatically start recording for 5 seconds whenever the sensor detects activity³.
Once you have set up the camera, you can forget about having it.
The installation with adhesive tape is extremely easy and allows you to always find the best position in your home. The battery included in the sensor provides up to 2 years of power if the energy saving mode is enabled.

The PIR sensor can be added to your EZVIZ alarm system for added protection. You will receive a notification whenever any activity is detected, all through the EZVIZ app.

1 The gateway does not come with the sensor at the time of purchase. The sensor only works in combination with the EZVIZ sensor kit.
2 The T1C PIR sensor must be connected to the gateway first to be used with EZVIZ cameras. The sensor only works with EZVIZ wired cameras with firmware version 5.3.4 or later. Please contact the EZVIZ support team to confirm camera compatibility.
3 The current version only allows the use of a C6 smart camera for automatic activity tracking when the sensor detects. Other PT cameras will only record events that occur within their original fixed viewing angle when the sensor detects activity. Sensor-driven automatic tracking is under development and will most likely be available on most EZVIZ PT indoor cameras in 2022.
4 If the power saving mode is enabled, the sensor battery can last up to 2 years, considering an average use of 30 detections per day.
