Con un contratto di assistenza, iNKOFFICE.it – Ink & Office SRL si impegna a fornirvi un servizio di assistenza tecnica Informatica Hardware/Software, Assistenza Telefonica, Teleassistenza (assistenza remota), presso il vostra struttura per mantenere in efficienza e in piena funzionalità le apparecchiature Informatiche (Computer, Periferiche, Software) citate nella sottoscrizione dello stesso. Il servizio offerto tramite un contratto di assistenza ha una durata di 1 anno dal momento della stipula, per un numero di ore corrispondenti a quelle acquistate col pacchetto da Voi sottoscritto e viene tacitamente rinnovato alla scadenza o in caso di esaurimento del monte ore. Il numero di ore acquistate sono spendibili entro 12 mesi dalla data di sottoscrizione dello stesso e non sono frazionabili. La modalità del conteggio delle stesse avverrà tramite la stesura di rapporti di assistenza tecnica formalizzati al termine di ogni intervento di manutenzione e assistenza. Il prezzo varia a seconda del pacchetto di assistenza scelto. NB: I contratti di assistenza descritti si rivolgono solo alle Aziende ed ai possessori di partita IVA.

All packages include:
Specialized assistance on Network Servers and WorkStations, Desktop PCs, Notebooks and Microsoft Software Specialized assistance on small, medium and large format network printers Specialized assistance on document acquisition scanners Specialized assistance on Local and Remote Networks, Internet Connections, Electronic Mail and Online Security Contract with a carnet of prepaid coupons (1 coupon = 1 technical call/1 hour of work) Duration of the carnet, 12 months from the invoice date The assistance hours are not divisible Call-out fee, free of charge Technical interventions on site within 24/48 working hours from the call Telephone assistance and Remote assistance via the internet, including Collection and delivery of non-repairable faulty PCs at the Customer's premises, free of charge
